Jeris is popular globally for his recurring role as Kilee Moves on the UPN/The CW sitcom Everybody hates Chris and on Akeelah and the Bee. Career Life of Jeris Poindexter into Acting
Poindexter’s film career began in 1985 as Jook Joint Patron on The Color Purple and Nothing in Common playing Harvey. Since then, he has had a role in the film industry almost every year which can only be a representation of his hard work and commitment to grow his acting career.
