Career
After the first round the Dallas Cowboys chose Michael Irvin as the11th draft in the NFL in 1988. Michael received a $750 thousand signing bonus on a 4-year $1.875 million deal. Hart re-joined the Cowboys in 1992 by a contract that was for 3-year and $3.75 million.
When he entered into a 5-year, $12.3 million contract in 1995, Michael was well on his way to becoming one of the highest paid NFL players of all time. Michael began well, catching the first touchdown at the season that year in the opener.
